Yummy, reasonably priced food. Warm welcome for families. This is a small cafe so the downside is that there is no baby-change and you are likely to have to fold away your pram. There are places you can store the pram and keep an eye on it so don't let this put you off!
Babystepz says: "One place I've always been impressed by is Cafe Bar One, Cradlewell, Newcastle upon Tyne. They have a microwave available for heating baby food, plenty of high chairs available and just as a bonus- the staff are lovely with kids! They are also good with food allergies - talk to the staff and they can usually help! The food is great too. The only problem is disabled access to the loos - the toilets are up some steps which could be a problem. There is also no baby change and sometimes you need to collapse the pram as limited space"
